Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Egypt only.

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped through Bosta.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared within 1 business day before being handed over to the courier.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 3 working days

• Other Governorates: 4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

🎁 Free Shipping is available on all orders over 1000 EGP within Egypt.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available.

• No additional COD fees apply.

Failed Delivery & Reattempts

• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry delivery.

• If the order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal, shipping fees must be paid again to resend the order.

• No penalties apply.
