• Exchanges or refunds are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
• If an order has already been shipped, delivery fees will be applied in case of cancellation, return, or exchange.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase (cash or card).
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Promotional & Discounted Items
• Returns are not accepted on discounted or promotional items.
• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the purchase date, subject to availability.
